The birthday boy has slept in plenty! Diluc even gave him an extra hour to make up for keeping him up a little later the night before. He picks up the end of Kaeya's braid and baps him on the nose with it.
"Do you want your breakfast here or at the table?"
He sounds immeasurably fond as he says that, giving the younger man another kiss before he leaves him to get himself a little more awake and alert. Since it's Kaeya's birthday he has, of course, made his favourite things.
Even if such a breakfast is usually a bit too on the 'light' side for his own voracious appetite.

But, he doubted Diluc would lie so he stretched and rubbed his eyes.
"At the table," He groaned, easing up on the stretching to finally sit up properly. May as well get out of bed, no matter how sore his backside was.
