You say that, but I've been assuming you're both proficient enough that the risk is fairly low. I've been fighting since pretty much my first memories, so I'd like to think I've got a good sense of opponents.

Good. If he complains, it's only what he deserves. Though I'm almost sad missing out on his grumping, that sounds fun.
I use it as I would a normal sword, but it's a bit more versatile and allows me to use my Cryo abilities with far greater accuracy if need be. Also, if it breaks, I can make a new one, easy.
[He wasn't going to go into further argument over fighting an unarmed man while armed, so he had left it at that. Fighting dirty was not out of the question, but in a friendly spar, he certainly didn't like to resort to such tactics.]
I'm sure you will have your chance some other time. You're very persistent when taking care of others, after all.

[Did they sound a little insincere? Probably. Kaeya was still in the "unsure" phase with Chuuya, no matter how well he got on with Diluc. It was just in his nature to take a little time to warm up to another person and truly consider them a friend rather than simple acquaintance.]
